The Altus management team is made up of leaders from all areas of the business, who bring with them a wealth of industry experience and a shared passion for our people, our business and our customers. 

Ron has been the Managing Director of Altus since its inception in 2016. Heralding from Timaru and working his way up from the shop floor of the aluminium industry, he has more than 50 years’ experience in the industry. Ron has a strong customer focus and is very invested in the success of our people and customers.

Nick has over 25 years experience in the building industry across both New Zealand and Australia, with experience in sales, marketing, supply chain, engineering, production and operations in manufacturing and complex distribution operations. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science and has also held various Board roles to support both peak industry bodies and private business in the building industry. He has also contributed to the publication of various AS/NZS Standards and worked to develop industry wide processes that promote sustainable and safe practices.

Prasad has over 20 years experience in the aluminium industry and has been with Altus from the beginning of the joint venture in 2016. Prasad is a Chartered Accountant and heads up our finance and payroll teams. He is passionate about providing support and guidance to the business units to ensure commercial success for Altus.

Michael is an experienced leader with over 25 years of experience in leading sales, marketing, technical and IT teams. Michael's qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology and Post Graduate Diploma in Business. He is a Graduate member of the Institute of Professional Engineers Australia and is currently a board member of WGANZ, having previously filled the chairing role of a technical committee.

Rick has broad experience in operations having spent his entire career in manufacturing. Working across the Steel, Infrastructure, Concrete, Timber and Wider Metal industries, he is now adding Aluminium to his portfolio. Rick is passionate about improving safety, quality and service offers in operations and likes to develop people and the operations culture in tandem to achieve these improvements together. Rick has degrees in Business Management and Finance.

Darrell holds a depth of knowledge and experience from having worked in the aluminium industry for over 18 years.

Prior to graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce and Postgraduate Business Diploma, Darrell grew up in a family building business and so has always taken a keen interest in the construction industry. He enjoys being part of the Altus team and is focused on delivering quality innovative window and door solutions to the New Zealand market.

Darrell is passionate about achieving great customer experiences.

Having worked within the aluminium industry for over 20 years, Coralie is a strong leader of the Industrial business unit and thrives on developing and cultivating a successful team and customer base. She holds a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Meat Science with Honours. She is passionate about providing a positive customer experience for her customers whilst leading a high performing Industrial team.

Belinda has been with Altus since 2022 and is passionate about enhancing culture, improving health and wellbeing and building employee engagement for the people of Altus. She has a Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours) specialising in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She has over 15 years Human Resources experience operating across New Zealand and Australia in corporate, commercial and manufacturing environments. Belinda has a passion for people-centric kiwi companies that support their people to grow and develop.

Sen is a past winner of 5 Environmental, Safety and Wellness and Team Management Awards. He is a passionate lean thinker who applies the fundamental principles of lean to creating an inclusive health and safety workplace and a culture of continuous improvement with outstanding results.

He has led multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, scientists and manufacturing managers spanning multiple locations across New Zealand and Australia.
